Our client is a FDI company, now seeking Legal Manager. Responsible for the management of the Legal Department, including the recruitment of Legal Department Team members, mentoring team members, implementing Group policies Responsible for providing legal support to the operations of Group: reviewing office lease arrangements; assisting with any legal matters; Responsible for negotiating with bad debtors the terms of payment and maximizing recovery of revenues Preparation of legal documentation to support any legal matter for which Archetype Group may be involved including but not limited to: construction arbitration; commercial arbitration; employment arbitrations. Preparing and presenting regular legal briefings to relevant company Directors and Managers regarding legal obligations and compliance matters, regulatory changes and other legal issues of relevance to the operations of the Archetype Group. Preparing and distributing regular legal briefing notes to relevant company Directors and Managers regarding legal obligations and compliance matters and regulatory changes. Maintaining a network of key contacts in government and industry organizations to ensure early notification of key regulatory and legal changes, and other legal issues. Ensure that all local Legal practices and procedures meet the standards established and expected of the Group. Interact with legal advocates, solicitors and barristers on legal matters in relation to the representation of the interests of company as required. Responsible for translating legal documents and liaising with various departments Improve and update standard contact conditions to reflect local laws. Ensuring that all distributions are well document and listed for reference. To issue contracts in two languages English and Vietnamese To Issue addendum Manage the statutory documentation of act Vietnam Write claims, sensitive letters to Client Assist in negotiation contractor's contract Report to Group Legal Manager.

Degree qualifications in Law. At least 8 Years general experience, and 6 Years at a senior management level for Legal Manager; At least 10 Years general experience and 8 years at senior management level, Senior Legal Manager. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position within a multinational organisation. Have experience of analyzing the law and build cogent legal arguments Advanced time management and organizational skills. Good understanding of contract law, construction law and arbitration rules. Good communication skill Advanced experience in legal analysis, jurisprudence, construction law, commercial law Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage change with a strong results-orientation. Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
